HomeVisit Term Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HomeVisit mobile application and services. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

•   The HomeVisit app connects users with licensed healthcare professionals for home visits.

•   You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.

•   You agree to provide accurate and complete information for appointment bookings and medical consultations.

User Responsibilities

•   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

•   You agree not to misuse the app for unlawful purposes or interfere with the service operation.

Medical Disclaimer

•   HomeVisit provides access to healthcare providers but does not itself practice medicine.

•   Any medical advice or diagnosis is the responsibility of the attending healthcare provider.

Payments

•   Payments for services are made through the app via approved payment gateways.

•   You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for services provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation:

•   You may cancel your booking within 2 hours of placing it, provided the booking has not yet been processed or served.

•   To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] or call +60 10-411 1692 with your booking details.

•   Once a booking has been processed or served, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

•   The booking is not served.

•   The request is made within 3 days booking cancellation.

•   Proof of booking and payment is provided.

Refunds may not be issued for:

•   Booking already been served.

•   The request is made after 3 days booking cancellation.

•   No valid proof provided.

Refund Process:

To request a refund:

•   Contact us at [email protected] with your booking number and reason for the request.

•   If eligible, we will provide return instructions (if applicable).

•   Once we inspect the booking, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refund Timeline:

•   Approved refunds will be processed within 7-30 business days.

•   Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

•   Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

•   HomeVisit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

•   We do not guarantee the availability of healthcare providers at all times.

Changes to Terms

•   We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

•   These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
